Job Description A major fashion and apparel brand activation in SoHo, New York City, is seeking four experienced Retail Brand Ambassadors. This opportunity is ideal for outgoing retail professionals with strong customer service skills and Shopify experience who can support shoppers throughout a multi-day in-store activation. Job Responsibilities Represent a major fashion and apparel brand during a retail activation in SoHo. Provide friendly and professional customer service to shoppers. Support checkout and point-of-sale operations. Assist customers at the entrance, dressing rooms, and sales floor. Work collaboratively with the four-person Brand Ambassador team. Participate in a one-hour paid virtual training session. Requirements Previous retail experience. Experience using Shopify. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and personable. Must be available for the entire activation schedule in SoHo, New York City. Compensation $34 per hour. Approximately $1,241 for 36.5 scheduled hours, including paid training.
